After 6 months negotiations with council and department of Transport we are finally ready to lodge the Town Plan Application.

A proposed development just outside of Brisbane for Overnight Cabins/ Caravan Facilities including Service Stations for Trucks and Cars.

It also has an 2500m2 building consisting of Shopping, Bars, Restaurant, General Lounge area and outside ply areas.

We have an approved Townplan for an 18000m2 Storage facility site including an 500m2 Cartaker Residence in Burpengary.

Stage 2 is to add on approx. 1500m2 Local Shopping Centre on the rest of the site.
